Booking & Payment Policy

To ensure your session runs smoothly, please review our guidelines below:

Scheduling & Payments

1. By Appointment Only: All sessions must be scheduled in advance.
2. Booking Cut-off: Your session must be booked at least 2 business days prior if in-studio time occurs within normal business hours. Your session must be booked at least 5 business days prior if in-studio time occurs outside of normal business hours.
3. Payment: To secure your time slot, a non-refundable reservation fee of $50 is required in at the time of booking. Remaining payment when you come in.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel, our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. 48+ Hours Notice: Should you choose to cancel, no additional cost will be charged, and you are welcome to re-book your session at any time within 90 days.
2. Less than 48 Hours Notice: Remainder of balance is due for the studio time ($149 for audio only, $249 for audio and video).

Rescheduling

1. Flexibility: You may reschedule your session for free if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
2. Quality First: We strongly encourage rescheduling if you are dealing with illness, technical difficulties, or any issues that might compromise the quality of your recording.
