Scheduling & Payments
- By Appointment Only: All sessions must be scheduled in advance.
- Booking Cut-off: Your session must be booked at least 2 business days prior.
- Payment: To secure your time slot, a deposit is required in at the time of booking. Remaining payment when you come in.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel, our refund structure is as follows:
- 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund.
- Less than 48 Hours Notice: No refund provided.
Rescheduling
- Flexibility: You may reschedule your session for free if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Quality First: We strongly encourage rescheduling if you are dealing with illness, technical difficulties, or any issues that might compromise the quality of your recording.
